    I booked a return ticket (Booking ID
    C1EBRCFRN) SIN- Sidney – Singapore on Scoot thru Expedia.com.sg

    I did not opt for check in baggage at S$42 extra
    However now I want to add check in baggage I am asked to go directly to scoot website

    And since the ticket is booked thru Expedia Scoot would charge an additional S$10 as credit card fees apart from a baggage fee of $52

    The above encourages me to go directly to Scoot for future bookings instead of purchasing thru Expedia

    Hopefully Expedia team will look into the above to retain customers

    March 26th I answered:

    Gentlemen,

    we are shocked by the way and the extent of flight change you force on us. Never before we have witnessed such a brutal and unashamed change in fligt times, exactly to say in flights.
    To make it short: The change in flights is totaly unacceptable for us (due to other connections and obligations). Please, keep to the time scheduled by our original order (as offered and confirmed by you) or pay our money back, or face our legal action and us publishing the whole case in media and on travel websites. Please, answer immediately.

    By phone call from Expedia, Singapore (March 28th) I was told, that the money will be payed back without delay. This call has been recorded by Expedia as well as by my office. This is an undeniable proof, as well as our correspondence.

    So far, no reimbursment arrived yet.
