    On 28/08/17 received a booking at Tampines Mall ref IOS-27811867-2-023.
    Arrived at location and key in Arrived and confirmed arrival. Passenger was not at location. Long Q for taxi and was at Pick Up point area. Few minutes later lot of PDVL cars arrived and was asked to move out by security. I make a turn 2 time arrived passenger still no show. Again I was ask to move off by security. So I cancel as passenger no show.
    My acceptance rate down to 80% and cancellation rate up to 25%.
    Call support and was told to me that I have to work more to get my acceptance rate back to 100% and cancellation back to 0%.
    My issue is I do not accept and drive all the way and arrived at said location then cancel. I do not cancel for fun. We as driver well educate and comply. But passenger not educate can they pay my fines and demerit point if been issued to us by LTA or Traffic Police. Can Grab assure passenger will pay? Earn a living with our driving demerit points at a risk. We drivers on the road is under stress not sitting in office to enjoy the day.
    I am not happy at all with this code of conduct. If I have done this in purpose, I would not have complaint and call Support Centre.
    Passenger cancel my booking when arrived, I have to keep quite after driving all the way to location. Passenger given points but they still can ride with their friends or family member booked on their behalf.
    Driver cancel acceptance rate drop must work more to recover the percentage back to 100%. All drivers will work more for booking to earn a living. Touch your heart and ask yourself is it fair for Drivers.
    I would like to suggest, why not the person implement this program drive as Grab driver. Please advise me, if I able to post at Facebook Stormed and Straits Times Forum to ask the whole world for advice to determine whether it’s fair for Drivers or Drivers must follow because we earn a living from grab who is pay master.
    I want this issue to be investigated with a better solution. Not only me who is encountering this genuine case. If there are no Solution to this, I will follow the protocol of complaint.

    When passengers are late by 2 mins they must pay $5 fine what when your Drivers are late ?

    Hi I’m staying at 6 Holland Close 6 floor (common corridors, there are 6 unit sharing the corridor).
    Yesterday (5th June 2019) at around 1830hrs. I was surprise to see a grab food delivery riding his e-scooter on the corridors to perform his delivery.
    May I know can your delivery man ride the e-scooter on the corridors? What happened if Im going out from my house at the same time and knock on your delivery man. who is going to bear the responsibility?
    Is there a SOP for your delivery man while performing the delivery?

    On 2 July 2019 @1150am, I was resting in my car parking along Jurong West Street 26 opposite Maarof Mosque. Suddenly i heard a bang on my car. I found out that a grabfood delivery (bicycle) crash into my right side door & side mirror that cause my side mirror to flip the other side. The rider did not stop and continue riding as something did not happen. I shouted at him and he make a U-turn after 30m away . I question him on why he did stop to check on the car and cause him to crash on my car as the road is very wide. He was using the HP while riding that cause him to crash on my car & he apologize. After a few minute of commotion he ride off & deliver the food at SCDF station. I did not get his ID. I realise later that my car had a long scratch from passenger door to driver side & the driver side door handle was loose. Who is going the compensate on the repair of the scratches & the door handle? Please advice.

    Can grab hitch driver purposely lower their rear seat so that passenger have no choice have to seat at front seat ? Is there any requirements for grab hitch car seats provision ?

    PLEASE NOTE. An accident almost took place involving my family car and a GRAB E-Scooterist in GRAB uniform at a zebra crossing while exiting from the expressway onto Punggol Way.
    As I was driving nearer towards the zebra crossing, I decelerated, slowed down, and check for pedestrians crossing. At that time, there was none and I was about to proceed when suddenly, the above-said e-scooter appeared at high speed without any sign of stopping with the intention to use the zebra crossing while operating the scooter at high speed. He took only a second to cross the zebra crossing indicating the dangerous speed he was operating at. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a picture of him as there were vehicles behind. The rider gave me a very rude gesture despite being in the wrong for not slowing down before crossing the zebra crossing. The incident caused me to make an emergency stop to avoid hitting him. I request LTA to look deeply into the use of these devices and laws pertaining to the usage so as to ensure the safety of all road users. I will also relate this matter to GRAB Singapore.

    I have recently signed up for Grab account

    I have completed all registrations steps & Saved Credit card information.

    I was trying to check Transport options to go to airport from Downtown and clicked the Booking option for the Grabcar/Electric Taxi. I did not want to book therefore I immediately cancelled the booking before I got confirmation about Booking details.

    I don’t see anything in App as scheduled or cancelled however My CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED SGD 36.

    Since there was no booking or cancellation after booking, Can you please refund the 36SGD ASAP?
    Also refund SGD 1 which was charged for registration.

    I am not planning to use Grab as there seems to be incorrect Business practices of charging customer despite not using the service.

    I have reported this issue to support.sg@grab.com however did not receive any response for last 2 days. I will be leaving singapore tomorrow so not sure, if I can get my refund.

    Pathetic Response from GRAB…
