  1. Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am from Dickson Property Consultants Pte Ltd. We are a managing agent for MCST 3915 Esta Ruby.
On 21 June 2018 at about 14.23 noon, one of your delivery man vehicle no.FY9124P delivered food to the abovementioned estate.
The CCTV captured him entering the estate and somehow had damaged the entry barrier.

Would appreciate if you can contact me at 6334 5565 ext 17 or h/p 8666 2242.

    Thank you & regards
    Regina Neo

  2. Hi, my friend and I ordered a meal from a fastfood and choose foodpanda to deliver the food to us. Apparently, no drinks was delivered, and we have paid for it. Where and to whom can we make a complain?

  3. This incident happened on last Sunday 4 Aug 2019 at about 8.15pm at Parkway Parade. The location was at the pedestrian zebra crossing at the road between Parkway Parade and Cote D’Azur condominium where me and my son were crossing. There were 3 cars leaving the carpark towards Marine Parade Road and had stopped for us to cross the road. We were at the halfway mark of the road and suddenly a Food Panda delivery on motorbike overtook the 3 cars that had stopped into the opposite direction lane and trying to squeezed through the space between me and the 3 cars. When he found that the space was too tight to squeeze he suddenly stop in front of me.
I questioned him on his action and I told him that I wanted to take a picture of his motorbike and lodge a compliant to Food Panda. Before I could take the photo he just zoomed off and I failed to take the photo of his motorbike. I was surprised that he only carry the Food Panda bag and did not wearing the Food Panda shirt. His motorbike registration no. is FBN2110Z

In anybody mind we expect the delivery personnel should be wearing the Food Panda shirt to identify them the company he is representing but for this case it is not.

I demand a reply from Food Panda on the action taken to penalised this person for dangerous riding.

Another incident that I want to bring to Food Panda attention is that I notice that many of your delivery personnel on motorbike like to ride against the traffic flow direction at Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) and the MSPC to collect the order for delivery. Why I say it is dangerous because pedestrian will first look at the oncoming traffic direction to make sure that the road is safe to cross. I personally encountered that a Food Panda delivery man who had rode against the traffic flow suddenly zoomed in front of me and the pedestrian zebra crossing.

I urge your management to immediate action to educate your delivery rider to obey the traffic rules when out delivery.

    Sunny Wong
