  1. Hi staff, i hav been calling M1 for relocation for my home broadband. The last call i made was on the 25/01/2019 at 2018pm.i even hav ur M1 survey message. It was confirmed ur M1 staff will be checking on the signal on the 04/01/19.Today 27/01/19 my son call M1. He was told nothing was book for apptmt for ur staff to come over to our new address on the 04/01/19.Whats goin on i spoken to ur staff personally on the 25/01/19.Now was told no such booking was made. Please take note.. I need the broadband to be fix early possible.I hav been paying my bills for now about 2week without Internet.Please consider a wave charges or service recovery for all this matters. Please check again if possible the apptmt remain on the 04/01/19.Appreciates for ur help n get back to me soonest. Thank u, Halimah

  2. Customer Complaint: M1 Prepaid Card Balance in account unfairly deducted by approx S$8

    Dear M1 Manager,

    M1 Prepaid Card No: 8104-3604

    My colleague, the HR Manager of my employer company in Singapore gave me an MI Prepaid Card as a Gift last year. I returned to Malaysia a few weeks ago. I am still using the M! Prepaid card while in Penang. My balance was S$8.45 (not too sure about the cents but it was S$8+). Since 16 Feb 2019 until today I have not made any outgoing or incoming calls.

    However, I was very much surprised a few days back M1 sent me a message informing that my account balance is S$0.65. How could that be possible??? I don’t recall making any calls or receiving any calls or use data services at all. I even set my mobile phone on WIFI status and Roaming is not activated all the time.

    Please explain why M! deducted some S$8 of my balance away. I expect M! to refund the $8 which was unfairly deducted from my prepaid card account. I find this very terrible!!! I am disappointed and angry.
