  2. I wish to comment on the patience of your 1688 customer service staff Mr Khairul. I spoke to him this morning & got the advice on my account that I needed & his explanation of the timeline to get the revision done. Good job, Khairul.

    I want to feedback that it’s really not easy to find out how to give compliments. Took me some time to get into this page.

  3. Please call Ramesh at 9712 9776. We waited for 47 mins on 1688, no agent came On and then hung up. This is regarding you charging for SingNet-ID for security suite and family protection subscription. We Are not interested in this service.

  4. There is no Internet Service since Sat Morning ie 3rd Nov with Singtel Fibre Broadband. I tried to call many times at 1688 however no one responded even call not connected.

  5. I refer to the case of the service breakdown for the broadband services.

    I would like to express my disappointment with Singtel services for the following reasons:
    (1) Downtime issue – although there was announcement that there are recovery of the servives on 4 Dec, certain families could not get the system up;
    (2) When calling for services, it took hours to wait for the call centres to pick up the call and it takes another couple of days before they can visit the site to look into the issue. Meanwhile the family have no wifi at home. Although Singtel promises to waive the data cost for the family but it is restricted to the parents. Children data usages cannot be waived as their bills are paid by their aunties who do not live in the same place. The mistake in Singtel services have now to be borne by consumers at no fault of the customers after paying the subscription. This is certainly a BIG disappointment to a loyal customer who has been Singtel for more than 20 years.
    (3) At the time of sending this comment, I am still in the queue for the customer service line to pick up my call since the past one hour plus…..


  6. I am so disappointed with your SingTel’s good and service. I re-contact and brought a new iphone 7plus at 3 mobile telecom Pte ltd, Junction 8 on 3/2/17. On 6/2/17 morning the phone not working and need to re-set 7 time just to get the phone light on.
    I went back to Junction 8, nothing can be done except to service center. I called your helpline 6/2 8.45pm, your staff Ms Sri told me is not SingTel fault and cannot help me. So, SingTel shop should not sell handphone except the line services???
    You understand my frustration? Set anything in new iphone and only use for two days, while waiting to go service center and waiting for verify /repair/?exchange, l can’t use my phone!!!

  11. I bought a new iPhone 7plus with a ‘new line’ at Nex SingTel shop last week. To my surprise the line was a recycle line (but was not informed during the purchase). It seems the data of the previous owner was not deleted and this has caused undue inconvenience when I tried to activate Spotify. This is not acceptable from an organization like SingTel for selling a ‘defective’ product to consumers

  14. We have been writing in to the account manager , Mr Sky Seah for 2 months, still no status update nor action carried out. And I was advise by the helpline I can only go thru this account manager. We need additional line and additional sim card for the building system yet for 2 mths, we are at the mercy of poor response and no action customer service provider. What is the point of having a designated account manager?

  19. I recently subscribed to 1GB data roaming for my holidays. It worked on the first day when I was in New Delhi. I am spending 15 days in Kashmir and it now says that my SIM does not allow connection to airtel.     Please refer to A/C No. 83492975, Bill No. 000039532800, dated 19 April 2019.
    I would like to highlight that when I was in Hong Kong with my husband from 3 to 6 April 2019, I had always placed my mobile phone on “flight mode”. I only turned on my phone after returning to the hotel and used the hotel’s free wifi facilities. My husband too did the same procedures as me.
    Per our current bill, I am surprised to note that I was charged $230.44 incurred on my mobile No. 84998550. However, my husband’s mobile No. 91126679 did not incur any charge. Both of us practised the same mode of precautions by switching our mobiles on to “flight mode” whenever we were outside the hotel premises. I am most certain that there should not be any charge on my mobile phone.
    In this regard, I would be most grateful if you would kindly waive the charge of $230.44 against me on my mobile phone.
    I seek your gracious understanding on my appeal and look forward to receiving your reply as soon as possible.

  22. I need to resolve a billing issue (Account No: 37790946). Singtel’s Customer Service Line 1688 sucks. You can never get through to an option to speak to a “human” customer service officer. The automated system is of no help. If Singtel is serious about customer service, please get a human customer service officer to contact me personally regarding my account.

  23. I’d requested for a credit card giro application form after more than an hour’s wait on the phone. Instructed the person who answered my call to provide a return envelope.
    After waiting for a week, I received 2 application form but there was no return envelope.
    Instead, the form indicates that the completed form is to be faxed.
    I do not own a fax machine.
    Can you provide me with an email where I can attach the application form instead? Thanks
