Due evendays will stop for 10min +for testing new system change for near to each mrt station will stop for 10min +happen on ( jurong east mrt stn to joo koon mrt stn for tiime 7:15am to 8:00am) and once mrt reach joo koon mrt stn happen this train is not for board we all need out of this train ,sometime 2nd train coming is also this train is not for board (2time)Due to peak working hour timing ,P/s kindly choose not in peak working hour timing for testing new system change,so we will not be late for working hours,smart is to make us travelling faster and easy ,and not making any delay travelling to us (republic)

  2. the lavender mrt station toilet is still collecting 20 cent from toilet users.i wish the station service operation manager-in-charge will ask the cleaner not to collect money.the cleaning contractor should give enough monthly salary to their employees.thank you!

  3. I wish to compliment one of the SMRT officers at the Kovan Station who identified himself as Mr Yan.
    At about 8.30 pm,on May 23, I was at the exit of the station. It was my first time to alight at this station and although I was near the ticketing office with Exit A in front of me, I was unsure which exit would lead me to the correct side of Upper Serangoon Road where my wife would be picking me up.
    When approached, Mr Yan very kindly directed me to the right spot and there I saw our car with my wife waiting for me.
    Mr Yan has impressed me with his display of warmness and courtesy to the public besides his sincerity in giving of his best to offer his assistance.
    Like Mr Yan, the are also many other officers at SMRT stations who are warm and courteous when approached for assistance.
    SMRT also deserves compliments for their training has produced officers with such exemplary work attitudes.
