    I am from Austria and I’ve bought a bracelet at the Tiffany store at Marina Sands Shoppes on 23.07.2019.
    It was a little bit too long for me and the shop assistant said this is a uni size, I could come back or let it change anywhere in the world – for the first 6 months after purchase free of charge.
    I went back the next morning and the guy said it takes – including shipping to Austria up to 4 weeks and I should better do it in Austria.

    So I called the Tiffany shop in Vienna today. The lady said that this bracelet comes in 3 sizes, hence the repair is not free of charge.
    That’s disappointing as it seems I received wrong information at the store of purchase.

    That’s why I’m writing to you today and hope you can solve this issue for me.
