    I paid for a 3-seater sofa (INCA) from Courts Megastore on 12 Feb 2017. The delivery date was scheduled for 14 April 2017. On 13 April 2017, I received a call from Simon Tarsin to say the there is a delay. The sofa can only be delivered in May 2017. I asked for the new delivery date. Simon said he will get back to me. It’s been one week, and I still have no advice on the new delivery date. I am very unhappy. Is this how Courts treat their customers? I have paid for the sofa in full, and I am now left in suspense after Courts have collected my money but sofa not delivered, not even a delivery date?? No service recovery. Please look into this. I await your response. Thank you.

    My husband and I have just purchased a refrigerator Panasonic NRBX468Xss1 2 dr fridge on 28 Jun for SGD1049 ( after SGD50.00 discount) under his name Ho Giap Hoi ( S0086636I) and today’s Straits Time , Best Denki is selling the same model for SGD998.00 .
    it seems that I am not getting a good deal and wish to seek a refund.

    Hi. I have been a huge fan of Courts for many years as I always get my things from there. Recently, I have been disappointed with your company. recently, I’ve purchased many items from Courts. One of the items is a Samsung 40 inch television. Your salesman told me to get an antenna to see clearer for local channels. On the delivery date itself, I got a call last min from one of your personal saying they will deliver at a later time to me and it make me wait more then 6 hrs, they should call early but not last min. When the television arrived, your courts personal does not know how to set up the television. He said I can watch without the antenna. I can go to courts and get a refund from it. The next day, I got a refund from your company, 49 dollars and bought other things too. When I went home that day, I realized I am unable to watch local channels without the antenna. The next day, again I went down to courts to buy the antenna and purchased more things at the same time. Today I wanted to mount the television, the Samsung box inside does not have the for holes provided for me at all. I called courts today and spoke to Shelia. She advised me to write in to courts about this issue. I intend to get a 3 in 1 air conditioner for my friend as a gift , I want a compensation from all the time wasted going to and Fro to courts for clarification. If I do not recieve a compensation, I’ll find cheaper items and will send everything that I’ve bought from courts back to your company.

    We intended only to source around’ Woodlands’ Courts for one fridge. At the end of our trip there, we ended buying more items from Courts ‘Woodlands’ . Invoice 867626447090. We were impressed with Mr. Simon Poon for his recommendations, product knowledge and best of all, his patience in accommodating our requests whenever possible. His follow-up for delivery dates was also highly commended and in the end we purchased another two more items from Courts. (Vacuum cleaner & electrical brushes). Kudos to Courts Woodlands for having such a responsible and courteous staff.

    However, I can’t say any good comments about delivery services.

    The delivery of my tv was a total mess up.
    Time agreed on the delivery and wall mounting was totally changed without informing me.

    This is my first time buying a product from courts and I have been a supporter of other electronics stores and I totally regretted buying from courts.

    When I bought my tv from the the expo exhibition held from 15-17 Sept 2017, the sales person had arranged for my delivery timing on 22 sept 7-9pm and the wall mounting to be on 23 sept 1-3pm and he mentioned he will call me to confirm on the wall mounting but the delivery is confirmed.

    I received no further updates and decided to call the hotline today and to my surprise, the wall mounting was arranged to be at 22 sept 5-7pm. How did they even arrange for the wall mounting before the tv is being delivered??

    Eventually, they arranged for the wall mounting back to my purchase agreement to be on 23 sept 1-3pm but told me that it might be even later with no confirmation. This service expects me to stay home the whole day to wait for the wall mounting?

    The time for delivery today was arranged from 7-9pm and it was delayed without even the courtesy of informing customer.
    I only received a call at 11pm to tell me the delivery truck had problems and have to postpone the delivery.

    On my receipt, sales person Zhuang Shaoqing Zachary whom I have never spoken to, called me and claims to be manager of the expo exhibition (15-17 sept 17) and his response and recovery was disastrous. He responded to my SMS vaguely when he had promised to help me settle this arrangement as I had bought the tv and he was the manager in charge!
    When I called him, he even hung up my phone a few times and stop responding to my SMS when he only replied twice.
    I have to cancel my programs and now I am left wondering who I can speak to as even the hotline operator earlier on lacks experience and knowledge to handle simple delivery arrangements.

    Courts is suppose to be a big organization with high standards of service but the hotline operator and Manager Zachary has dealt a big damage to Courts reputation and I will never buy another product nor recommend friends again.

    I expect a higher manager to be contacting me soon to resolve this else I will escalate up further to CASE
