    I placed an order an Hr ago and am told by the restaurant that they just received my order 10mims ago and are processing it.
    All I get is a SMS informing of delay!!!
    How is this explained for an order that’s supposed to be within 40mins ??

    got the wrong item in my order plus missing item. there is no phone number that i can call, only a stupid chat app that is painfully slow to get a response. by the time i get a reply, my food’s already hard and cold.

    Ordered from Burger King. Missing orders. Called the outlet but was informed to call food panda. Who do i call when food panda didnt even have a number to call? I want a refund. Food panda is horrible! Manager at burger king Jems is rude as hell. She cudnt even help.

    Hi anyone there,
    I received my ordered food with bug/insect and the contact no is no longer to use and that’s no live chat as well. I tried to call the restaurant in the whole afternoon and they said it should be food panda problem. and I wrote an email but haven’t reply me and what should I do. The food still with me now.

    I order food for my daughter about 2hrs ago and still waiting for the food to be deliverd/ I called the restaurant and was told the order was picked up more than an hour ago. So what is the rider doing with the food??

    The worst food delivery service in Singapore! Missing food in my order and no hotline to call. Called the food restaurant and was told that food panda does not want to deliver the missing food and instead offer a refund for missing food items. This is a n irresponsible food delivery service!

    everytime i order i get the wrong item. usually foodpanda guy will take back and i rejected. this time the delivery boy is very rude. he was arguing that he cannot do anything. so i dont care i want my money back this is the 6th time orders deliver wrongly. he took everything back and bang my gate door and leave. after that the the food is not delivered.

    Customer service replied to compensate voucher to my account within 24hrs. 48hours had passed, May I know why the voucher is still not credited into my account? Worse customer service!
