    Hi Sir,

     If you do understand or read clearly what i’ve mentioned in my email earlier on.

     If i could get any help or contact the airline you wouldn’t have received this email.

     If by refering me to them is all you ‘Zuji’ staff can do to help then

     This is my first experience with Zuji due to good reviews etc but I’m getting disappointed
