    I am pleased to recommend you to recruit more staff as my issue is pending for two weeks that no body care. i have sent 4 or 5 emails never get respond i called never answer. it is poor service and i am really dissipated for working with Agoda.

  4. I agreed with you , guys. The customer service and partner service of AGODA .com is very VERY POOR. VERY HARD TO CONTACT and get any feed back for a long time for urgent issue in the both side of hotel and guest . They are quiet and disappear. The staff who work in the department called ” Partner service ” never act like a partner and support as it should be. Although I did report this problem to director, Nothing changes. They just say sorry and let the problem happen. Now I decrease allotment for agoda and increase for their competitor. They never care because they think they are very very big conpany. Let see what will happen ?

    Check-in 28 Nov 2016 imperial heritage hotel, malacca
    I have written a few emails to your customer service with regard to the overcharge amount to my credit card.
    To date there is not a single reply or refund back to my credit card. I need to pay back my friend for her cancelled room.
    I Am overcharged for one extra room.
    Original booking is 4 rooms & later it is revised to 3 rooms. Please check your record & advise me urgently.
    This case is pending for 1+ month now.

  8. Customer service??? It does not exist. Emails do not get a response. The so called 24/7 “specialist” phone help line simply goes to voice mail and produces no response. Hotel voucher not delivered – no help, no service, no good. This has got to be the worst company in the world.

  10. I’ve not received any booking reference on my booking for Hong Kong hotel from 30/5-2/6 yet! Your company has already deducted from my credit card!
    Finally went to check directly with the hotel & they confirmed my bookings!
    Please can you kindly send my booking reference to my email so that there won’t be any hiccup when I arrive there!

  11. I only make one booking on 26 May 2017 but there is 2 confirmation email sent to me for this one booking under two different booking numbers? Why is the system so defective? Just one confirm booking can turn out to be two bookings? I am still waiting for agoda service officer to contact me on this concern how such issue can happen? Suppose to be reputable company but can have such glitch? I hoped they can look into this matter and resolve it asap. I read that if it is a duplicate booking…Agoda should not be charging us….

  12. Poor service, I want to know why you want to use the credit card over, why go to not receive credit card? The price is not the case, but also to ensure that the price. Not money what the problem, I just want to know, female customer service hotline that Mandarin told me to change directly in the hotel set it, not mandatory, I listened a little angry!   13. Hi. I made this booking for a night’s stay for tonight by mistake as thought rates have changed for my hotel stay from 6th to 9th July.

    I have spoken Reservations dept of Sheraton Grand Macao, Abby and she can do free cancellation for tonight. However she would require Agoda to issue a cancellation voucher to them.

    Since booking is for tonight, pls attend to this immediately and confirm by return.

  18. I want to make a Booking in Makkah Ajyad Hotel the single room with twin beds. Date check in 21/12/2019 and check out 7/1/2020. I would like to take cancellation booking but it states tha the Property can take money from my Credit Card at anytime they like once I confirm my Booking. It clearly states that I will only have to pay at the Property when I arrive. Please be sincere and honest and kindly assist as last room left for my dates,
